Fancy Plants Plant Lover Club Terms and Conditions

The purpose of the Club is to provide additional benefits to customers of Fancy Plants Ltd who have joined the Club and have a valid membership currently in place. These additional benefits as currently exist are listed below. However these may be subject to change without notice from time to time and at the sole discretion of Fancy Plants Ltd.

Benefits:

• 15% off all plants excluding plants in Sales. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount

• Free events for members in our event space above our Gloucester Road shop including plant swaps with other members, plant care chats and demos with the FP team and club member evening shopping opportunities. There will be a minimum of 4 club member events over a 12 month period. For health and safety reasons it may be necessary to limit numbers and/or refuse entry to events

• Offers for members throughout the year including early alerts on seasonal stock and rare/unusual plants.
  
  Ownership and Management:

  The Club is entirely owned and managed by Fancy Plants Ltd. Membership of the Club does not include, imply or infer any rights to influence or decide any aspect of Club policy or operations at any time.

  Fancy Plants Ltd may at any time and without giving notice change any aspect of the Club up to and including the closure of the Club and the removal of all benefits associated with it.

  Subscription

  The annual subscription for membership of the Club is currently £15.00, payable on joining. This is non-refundable under any circumstances. Fancy Plants Ltd may increase the subscription rate from year to year but current members will not be charged twice within anyone year. Renewal is not automatic. Members will be invited to continue their membership for the coming year by email or text. Membership may be refused, rescinded or terminated at any time without explanation.

  Proof of membership

  When utilising the various benefits of membership, proof of such membership will be required by providing a valid membership card when asked to do so by staff of Fancy Plants Ltd. Failure to do so will deny access to membership services. Membership is not transferable under any circumstances and only the member named on the membership card may avail themselves of the services available to members. Members may be asked for photo ID when using their membership card. Failure to provide such photo ID may result in membership benefits being withheld.

  Data protection

  For the purposes of ensuring the operational integrity of the Club, Fancy Plants Ltd will collect and store personal details of each member and use these to maintain contact with such members. This information will be stored securely and kept under password protection. It will not be shared with any third parties for any purpose.
