Can you post plants?

YES!

We use recycled packaging where possible. You will receive a hand written care card with every plant, as you would in the shop, plus you have the option to include a hand written note on one of our FP post cards for free! If you want to add a greetings card instead we can write your message in one of those (we will use our best handwriting - we promise!).

Do you deliver?

Yes! We charge £5.00 for delivery to BS1-BS16, BS32, BS34 and BS41 and £10 for all other BS postcode areas. If a plant is particularly tall or tricky to handle, we may need to quote more for delivery, but we will tell you that in the shop. And rather than trusting your new purchase to someone else to deliver, your plants will be delivered by us and come with our helpful handwritten care card and packaged in our sturdy recycled brown carrier bags. If it’s a gift you can also add a message on one of our complimentary gift cards. Make someone’s day, send them a gift from Fancy Plants.

Do you do Click and Collect?

You can collect orders made on our webshop from our Gloucester Road shop.

Do you hire your space out for workshops? 

Yes! Get in touch if you'd like to host a workshop in Fancy Plants or hire our space. We also host our own workshops, check out our Workshops page to see what's on and to book tickets.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

We do! You can pick one up in-store or online. If you order online we can send you a digital voucher to print at home or send on to the recipient. Please note we are unable to hand-deliver gift cards or vouchers unless part of a plant order.

What's your returns policy? 

We try to make sure all our plants are healthy and thriving when they go off to their new homes and will always give you a hand written care card to help you look after them. But if your plant isn’t thriving in the first two weeks, let us know. You can send us a picture of the plant and tell us the problem – give us a chance to make things right. We are always happy to replace a poorly plant or refund you within two weeks of purchase.

Can I park near your shop?

There is on-street parking close by to our Gloucester Road shop. We recommend Church, Maple and Ash Road.

What if I need to cancel my workshop, workshop place, event or pop up?

If you have ordered plants for an event and you cancel the event two weeks or more before the event, we will refund any monies already paid minus a 10% administration fee.

If an event is cancelled less than two weeks (fourteen days) before the event start date, the cost of any plants hired for the event will be charged at the price quoted. Any monies already paid will not be refunded. Any plants ordered by the client for purchase and already ordered by us at the time of cancellation will be charged at the full price quoted. Installation and maintenance costs may be refunded in part minus any staff, transport and installation costs already incurred at our discretion.

Pop up stalls booked are not charged for. However if a pop up stall is cancelled within 48 hours of the event we will charge a £150 administration fee. We are always happy run a pop up in your place of work, however, we need to cover our costs. If sales at the pop up are under £150 we reserve the right to invoice for the difference between sales on the day and the £150 fee.

Workshop places can be refunded up to two weeks before the event. We can’t refund the booking if you wish to cancel any places within two weeks of the event.
