FAQs

Do you deliver? 

Yes! At the moment we offer delivery on purchases of £100 or over to Bristol postcodes. Depending on where you are, there may be a fee attached to this. At the moment we aren't able to deliver outside of the Bristol area. 

Do you offer home / office consultations? 

Yes! Check out our Consultations page for more information. 

Do you hire your space out for workshops? 

Yes! Get in touch if you'd like to host a workshop in Fancy Plants. We also host our own, check out our Workshops page to see what's on and to book tickets.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

We do! You can pick one up in store or we can post it to you or a special someone for just £1.  

What's your returns policy? 

We want you to love your new plant as much as we do but if you experience any issues within 14 days of purchase please send us a picture of your plant and tell us a brief description of the problem and we will do our best to provide further care advice. In some circumstances we can provide a refund or a replacement plant / gift voucher of the same value.
